Privacy Policy
This page is a starter template. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before this site handles real customer data in production, and updated to reflect the specific regulations that apply to where The DevOps Company and its clients operate.

1. What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we store the information you provide — your name, work email address, company, role, and the details of your message — in our database, along with basic attribution data (the page you submitted from, how you arrived here, and campaign parameters if you followed a tracked link). We ask for your explicit consent to be contacted before the form can be submitted.
When you use the DevOps assessment tool, your answers are processed in your browser to generate a result — they are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to send us your results.
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. If analytics is enabled on this site, it is configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information where possible.
2. How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to scope and deliver an engagement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
3. How we store it
Contact form submissions are stored in a database we operate, and a notification is sent to our inbox. We retain this information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or maintain a client relationship, and in line with our legal obligations. Access to this data is restricted to a password-protected internal dashboard.
4. Third parties
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website — for example, Google’s Gmail API to deliver contact-form notification emails, and optionally a privacy-conscious analytics provider. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
5. Your rights
You can request that we delete any information you’ve submitted to us, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing hello@thedevopscompany.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.
