THE DEVOPS.COMPANY

Work

An honest answer about our client work.

The DevOps Company is early-stage. We don’t have a page of client logos or case studies to show you yet, and we’d rather tell you that directly than fill this page with vague claims that sound like proof but aren’t.

What we show instead

Below are Engineering Labs — reference architectures we built ourselves to work through real engineering problems: a multi-account AWS foundation, a GitOps deployment workflow, a production-ready Kubernetes baseline, and more. Each one documents the problem, the architecture, the decisions we made and why, and what we’d do differently. They are not client engagements, and we label them clearly as reference work throughout the site.

As we take on client engagements, this page will grow into genuine case studies — with the client’s permission, real architecture decisions, and verified outcomes. Until then, this is where you can see exactly how we think and build.
